Flatbed machine with 4-post system, especially designed for printing of textile transfers.

Special features of the Maestro MF-80VII Textile Smart®:
• LPA – Laser Pointing Assistant
The automatic positioning system to drastically reduce the times for adjusting the frame and its positioning provides a 50% increase in efficiency. The frame can be easily fixed in a unique position on the frame holder. Alignment to the feed points is then performed by laser. Together with the OSA™ sheet detection system, this cuts makeready time in half compared to conventional presses.
• OSA™ - innovative, optical sheet detection system
An optical sensor reads the registration mark and transfers the data automatically. This ensures perfect alignment between the sheet and the transfer carrier.
An OSA alignment mark is printed with the first color, starting from the sheet edge. This mark can also be adopted for digital or offset printing if the material is part of a combined printing process. The alignment mark is recognized by the OSA and the material is precisely positioned on the vacuum table. Compared to conventional register systems, the OSA can quickly and easily ensure high register accuracy. Especially for the combined process of textile transfer printing, the MF80VII Textile Smart® with the OSATM system is the ideal solution.
• Durable, heavy-duty machine design
Sturdy, heavy-duty cast iron design, specifically engineered for large printing systems that must produce reliable and precise printing results in high-performance mode. Each machine part has been designed with microscopic accuracy using a Zeiss 3D measuring machine, ensuring the exceptional quality of the overall system.
